The only ghost that I have seen was staring at me from a mirror. M.M.
I was experimenting with methods of  producing an out of body experience when I succeeded at
exteriorizing my astral body and was walking around the house. I suddenly got the idea of looking in the mirror in the bathroom. Well, it was interesting to say the least. I saw myself looking back so I went closer to check out details and concluded that it was me looking back. Every detail of my face and body was identical to my physical face and body (I was completely naked by the way). The only difference was that my astral body had a yellowish golden sparkling appearance to it. From my understanding of things I was looking at a ghost. Does anyone have similar stories or experiences or comments.
